Ultraviolet Water Purifier

Sterilight 1 Gallon per minute point-of-use purifier. This modular line of ultraviolet disinfection system can be used in a myriad of applications where flexibility and pricing sensitivity is an deciding factor. The small S1Q-PA through S2Q-PA systems are ideally suited for point-of-use filtration, RO pre or post disinfection, while the larger S5Q-PA and S8Q-PA systems can be used on a point-of-entry (whole home) system disinfection the water for an entire home or cottage. The low pressure germicidal lamps provide an economical way of treating water requiring a 99.99% reduction in bacteria and viruses.

This process is accomplished without adding any potentially harmful chemicals to your drinking water. Sterilight is the most ecological way of treating your water.......and all this just for pennies a day!

These simplistic designs allows for easy homeowner maintenance. The UV lamp can be changed without interrupting the water flow. Note: it is recommended that a 5 micron or better sediment prefilter be installed ahead of the purifier. Water that is over 7 grains per gallon hard should be softened ahead of the purifier. Iron should be less than 0.3 ppm. Click HERE to see our sediment pre-filters.

The contact disinfection property of UV light energy is measured in microwatt-seconds per square centimeter (µwsec/cm²). The Sterilight UV lamp provides 30 µwsec/cm² at the rated peak flow rate, providing a wide safety margin of killing power.

7-year warranty on the chamber, 5 years on hardware, and 1 year on bulb.
